As part of IT Shared Services, you will work as part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering on a variety of technical product initiatives. This position works closely with business/product experts, architects, vendors and application developers to conceptualize, develop and deliver projects and solutions. You must be highly skilled, team oriented, and eager to learn to contribute in a mature and proactive way to all phases of a project lifecycle.\nIn our team, you will be responsible for:\nAct as a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, design decisions for a products development\n\nConsistent practice in coding and unit testing\n\nConduct code reviews for the team and have well establish standards and practices for the team\n\nWork with distributed teams (infrastructure, network, etc.) and act as subject matter expert\n\nProvide technical leadership on best practices for chosen architecture and technology\n\nIdentify issues and risks and proactively add to the iterative discussion\n\nCommunicate efficiently within and outside the team\n\nStrong organizational, time management\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nAt least 3 years in leading a team of engineers to develop and deliver new services.\n\nAt least 10 years of professional experience as a software engineer in a full-stack capacity\n\nDemonstrate critical thinking and drive application architecture and design decisions\n\nJava - must be proficient in the language, core libraries & design patterns (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Integration)\n\nExperience working with technical management, product owners, and operations\n\nExperience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.\n\nHands-on with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail\n\nExperience with WebServices (REST)\n\nExperience with ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate, OpenJPA)\n\nExperience with test frameworks: JUnit, TestNG, Mockito\n\nExperience with version control practices using Git\n\nExperience with micro-service architecture\n\nExperience with iterative and agile methodology\n\nImprove the code quality with effective testing and review process.\n\nDesign and develop scalable technical implementations.\n\nExperience with one or more modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular; React is a plus\n\nExcellent problem solving and analytical skills\n\nGood communicator, keen to collaborate and share knowledge\n\nWhat we offer:\nTo encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance\n\nTask based working system\n\nPrivate medical care\n\nLife Insurance\n\nEmployee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
