This role supports Accounting, Claims, Premium, and Employer Groups by processing claim reimbursement communications, obtaining premium back up when needed, issuing premium late notices, ACH processing documentation, and compliance tracking.\nThis role is critical to ensuringaccuratefinancial transactions, regulatory compliance, and professional communication with brokers and clients.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nPrepare and distribute Explanation of Reimbursements (EORs) to brokers, TPAs, and employer groups.\n\nCoordinate claim reimbursement processing, including obtaining ACH authorization forms and managing special handling requests.\n\nMaintainaccuratecontact records for EOR distribution and premium billing within ESL systems.\n\nSupport accounting operations by coordinating commission ACH forms andmaintainingrequired producer W9 documentation.\n\nTrack compliance requirements and escalate missing documentation when needed.\n\nMaintain organized electronic records and processing logs within ESL office systems.\n\nProvide updates to internal teams andassistwith coordination between Accounting, Claims, and Operations.u\n\nEnsure adherence to HIPAA, data security standards, and internal operational procedures.\n\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nHigh school diplomarequired, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.\n\n0-2 years of administrative, insurance, accounting, or financial services experience.\n\nInsurance or healthcare industry exposure is a plus but notrequired.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines.\n\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nBasic understanding of financial transactions and documentation.\n\nProficiencyin Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).\n\nAbout One80:\nOne80 Intermediaries is part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, a global insurance distribution platform that offers deep specialization, scale, and innovation across wholesale brokerage, program administration, and specialty insurance.
