The Accounts Receivables Analyst's meticulous attention to detail, strong customer service and problem-solving skills will be required to complete this role.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nDiscrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial transactions before applying funds to ensure accuracy; strong customer service skills: work effectively and collaboratively with multiple team members within the accounting teams and field offices to support the AR activities and resolve issues. \nOperating and Trust Account Exceptions: handle exceptions related to operating and trust accounts, ensuring proper resolution and documentation. \nPayment Identification: collaborate with Account Managers to identify payments and facilitate the accurate application of payments to corresponding accounts; daily Reconciliation Payment Packet; daily reconciliation is done between payments received at the bank and receipted in the system. Supporting evidence is gathered and sent to the Supervisor for review. \nFinance Agreement Processing: process finance agreements for funding in accordance with established procedures. \nPortal Tickets: handle portal tickets, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner. \nInteroffice Bank Transfers: facilitate interoffice bank transfers as needed, ensuring proper documentation and compliance; Payments in \"Claim this Client; review and resolve payments posted in the \"Claim this Client\" system, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate accounting. \nAged Receivables: monitor and manage aged receivables, taking proactive steps to resolve outstanding issues. \nTeam Support: provide backup support to team members during peak workloads or absences to maintain workflow continuity; Ad Hoc Projects; assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by management to support departmental goals and initiatives. \nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nInsurance accounting experience required. \nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred); 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial analysis role. \nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Strong Customer Service skills and background \nProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. \nExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines; adaptability to changing processes and willingness to learn. \nPay Range\n$31.25 - $32.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
