You’ll manage key aspects of the implementation process, including system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, client training, and ongoing support.\nThe ideal candidate is technically savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deadlines while providing an exceptional client experience. You’ll work directly with clients while collaborating closely with internal teammates, vendors, and carriers to deliver accurate, effective technology solutions.\nHow You Will Contribute\nConfigure and maintain client benefit enrollment websites using third-party software platforms.\nManage low-to-moderate complexity implementations from initial configuration through testing and delivery.\nAnalyze client needs and translate requirements into effective system configurations.\nConduct quality assurance testing and audits to ensure configurations function accurately and meet client requirements.\nTroubleshoot system and configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions.\nServe as a knowledgeable resource during client meetings and implementation discussions.\nProvide day-to-day support to assigned clients and proactively respond to client questions and needs.\nPartner directly with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal teams throughout the implementation process.\nTrain HR administrators on benefits technology platforms, functionality, processes, and applicable benefit program requirements.\nMaintain working knowledge of employee benefits products, services, and technology solutions.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to less experienced teammates.\nFollow established standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.\nSupport the development and enhancement of SOPs and implementation best practices.\nMaintain accurate documentation within applicable systems and databases.\nStay current on industry developments, technology, products, legislation, and regulatory requirements.\nPromote teamwork, knowledge sharing, accountability, and a positive client-focused environment.\nSkills & Experience to Be Successful\nRequired:\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\n2-5 years of software implementation or related technology experience.\nAbility to quickly learn new software, processes, and technical concepts.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.\nStrong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience working with database applications.\nAbility to successfully manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.\nProfessional approach to client service and problem resolution.\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality.\nAbility to travel occasionally, less than 5%.\nPreferred:\nExperience within employee benefits, insurance, human resources, HR technology, or financial services.\nExperience implementing or supporting employee benefits technology platforms.\nExperience training clients or HR administrators on software platforms.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you:\nEnjoy figuring out how technology works and solving problems when it doesn’t.\nCan translate client needs into accurate system configurations.\nHave a strong eye for detail and take pride in getting things right.\nFeel comfortable interacting directly with clients.\nCan balance multiple implementations and deadlines.\nEnjoy helping teammates learn and develop.\nLook for ways to make processes better rather than simply following them.\nWant to build expertise at the intersection of employee benefits, client service, and technology.\nPay Range\n28.85 - 33.65 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
