This role analyzes processes, workflows, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, evaluates solution options, and serves as a key communication liaison across teams. The Business Analyst coordinates User Acceptance Testing, manages scope and change, and helps ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nLead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders using appropriate elicitation techniques across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\n\nAnalyze, document, and manage business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.\n\nTranslate business requirements into system, technical, and process workflows and diagrams, including current-state and future-state models.\n\nProvide analytical and technical guidance to business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.\n\nEmploy Agile delivery practices by working with epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.\n\nSupport solution design and system integration efforts by aligning requirements to system capabilities and existing business operations.\n\nServe as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding and timely communication.\n\nEstablish relationships and work with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure that expectations and needs are fulfilled.\n\nReview and validate requirements and user stories to ensure readiness for development and User Acceptance Testing.\n\nAssist with business change management by supporting adoption, communication, and transition to new processes or systems.\n\nDefine, monitor, and analyze KPIs to assess solution effectiveness and support continuous improvement.\n\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field\n\n3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar position\n\nExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Preferred)\n\nExperience working with project tracking tools, such as Azure DevOps.\n\nExperience with requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, questionnaires, user observation, etc.)\n\nAbility to build strong relationships and work collaboratively on teams.\n\nProven experience working with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.\n\nProficiency using Microsoft Office and business applications.\n\nStrong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate both horizontally and vertically across the organization.\n\nExperience using data visualization and process mapping tools, such as Microsoft Visio.\n\nAbility to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with technology-related issues and complex business scenarios\n\nBusiness Analyst certification (Preferred)\n\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
