This role is to act as the liaison between the business and IT and provide business critical or complex technical solutions that meet user needs. Improve business performance by providing the technical analysis of business requirements (including translation into functional requirements), prioritizes of those requirements and user acceptance testing. Ensuring that clear,detailed and concise requirements have been captured.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nUnderstanding the business processes and the interdependencies of various systems in use.\nFacilitating interactive discussions with the business unit and technology teams in order to achieve alignment on defining requirements.\nAbility to elicit details system requirements and create workflows to solution business demand.\nGathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications that can be used to design and implement solutions to meet the business objectives.\nIdentifying and communicating risks, issues, and potential solution strategies along with providing status updates to senior leadership and impacted teammates.\nLeading facilitated sessions with business users to identify system enhancements.\nDocumenting and gaining sign-off on business requirements.\nCommunicating project priorities to IT team.\nAssisting with thecreating of training material and training end users on system\nenhancements and new programs.\nProviding reports and data extracts to internal and external business partners.\nTraining, mentoring, and supporting other staff members.\nThis position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
