The position assists account managers with client service, policy processing, data entry, document management, and general clerical functions, with additional projects assigned as needed.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nShadow account managers to learn the essential responsibilities, processes, and client service expectations of the role.\nProcess client requests promptly and confirm coverage with clients as needed.\nRequest and process endorsements with carriers, follow up through completion, confirm updates in AMS, and deliver documentation to insureds.\nAssist with policy checking, policy delivery, premium collection, audits, AB invoices, and HUB procedures.\nSupport submissions and renewals by completing claims analysis, renewal updates, ACORD forms, supplemental applications, proposals, and account overviews.\nAssist with loss runs, MVR orders, certificates of insurance, and evidence of property.\nObserve and support the renewal process, including sending renewal quotes, requesting coverage to be bound, and completing closeout and bound-summary procedures.\nEnter data into applications and review, file, and assign documents and tasks in ImageRight.\nAccess carrier websites to download policy documents and become familiar with the ICP team and related procedures.\nPerform clerical duties, including scanning, proofreading, photocopying, and other special projects or assigned responsibilities.\nLicenses & Certifications:\nWillingness to obtain a Property & Casualty state license.\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently.\nClear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and numerical accuracy.\nDemonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and quality control.\nAdaptability in a changing work environment, including the ability to manage competing priorities, delays, and unexpected events.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
