Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, marketing teams, and development teams, you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and establish architectural patterns that support long-term growth. You will provide architectural leadership across platform design, integrations, governance, modernization, and ongoing delivery to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nDefine and maintain the target-state architecture for Brown & Brown’s enterprise HubSpot platform and supporting digital web solutions.\nEvaluate business capabilities and technical requirements to determine appropriate architectural approaches across HubSpot CMS, custom web applications, cloud-hosted solutions, reusable services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.\nDefine and govern architectural standards, reusable patterns, integration approaches, and best practices that promote scalability, maintainability, security, and consistency.\nProvide architectural direction for new websites, platform enhancements, integrations, and other digital experience initiatives.\nReview solution designs and provide architectural guidance throughout delivery, with consideration for application structure, data flows, integrations, security, performance, and maintainability.\nIdentify architectural risks, dependencies, technical debt, and constraints, and recommend practical remediation strategies.\nPartner with business stakeholders, marketing teams, product owners, business analysts, technology leaders, and delivery teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.\nFacilitate architectural discussions and clearly communicate technical recommendations, options, and trade-offs.\nContribute to technical documentation, architectural decision records, and knowledge sharing across the team.\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting enterprise web platforms and digital experiences.\n5+ years of experience in Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or a similar technical leadership role.\nExperience architecting enterprise web solutions across CMS platforms, custom web applications, integrations, and cloud-based technologies.
