The role will support the financial management of technology functions, including budgets, forecasts, operating expenses, capital investments, headcount, allocations, and vendor spend, and will help translate financial results and key cost drivers into clear, actionable insights.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nSupport the Senior Financial Analyst in proactively reviewing Workday Financial reports, analysis of detailed spend, research paid invoices for accuracy and journal entries that drive financial results within Technology. \nConsolidate and analyze financial data for technology functions, including operating and capital budgets, forecasts, headcount, vendor spend, allocations, and financial reports. \nSupport month-end and quarter-end close activities for technology cost centers, including accruals, expense validation, and financial reporting. \nPrepare recurring and ad hoc technology financial reports, dashboards, charts, and executive-ready summaries. \nPerform detailed budget-to-actual, forecast-to-actual, and period-over-period variance analysis; identify key technology cost drivers, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decisions. \nSupport the annual budget, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning processes for technology functions and initiatives. \nMaintain financial models and planning schedules for technology investments, projects, contracts, and business cases, and perform special analyses as requested. \nPartner with technology leaders, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and other stakeholders to review results, validate assumptions, and communicate financial insights. \nDevelop an understanding of technology services, cost structures, operational drivers, and financial metrics to improve forecast accuracy and management reporting. \nSupport technology cost allocation and chargeback processes by validating drivers, analyzing impacts, and responding to stakeholder questions. \nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. \n2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field; experience supporting technology or other complex cost functions is preferred. \nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting; familiarity with technology operating expenses, capital investments, headcount, allocations, or vendor spend is preferred. \nHighly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with enterprise planning, financial reporting, or technology financial management tools is preferred. \nStrong problem-solving skills. \nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality. \nPrefered:\nFamiliarity or Exposure to PowerBI, Claude and Co-Pilot. \nExperience working in the Insurance or Finance industry. \nPay Range\n$90,000 - $90,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
