This role translates\nbusiness, content, workflow, integration, data, and reporting needs into clear, actionable requirements and testable acceptance criteria. The Hybrid BA/QA Analyst coordinates User Acceptance Testing, develops and executes test scenarios, supports defect triage and retesting, manages scope and change, and helps ensure delivered solutions align with business goals, quality expectations, and measurable value.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nLead requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders using appropriate elicitation techniques across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\nElicit, document, and manage business, functional, technical, integration, data, content migration, workflow, reporting, and quality requirements for the HubSpot implementation.\nTranslate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process workflows, data mappings, and test scenarios.\nProvide analytical and technical guidance to business stakeholders to support informed decision-making and confirm that HubSpot capabilities align with business needs.\nSupport Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint readiness, acceptance criteria validation, and release activities.\nPerform functional, integration, regression, migration, workflow, reporting, and user acceptance testing.\nTrack, prioritize, and triage defects; validate fixes and support retesting efforts.\nServe as the primary liaison between stakeholders, developers, QA, and external vendors throughout delivery and testing.\nSupport change management, user adoption, training documentation, transition planning, and release readiness.\nMonitor KPIs and quality metrics to measure solution performance and drive continuous improvement.\nLicenses & Certifications:\nBusiness Analyst certification (preferred)\nQuality Assurance or software testing certification, such as ISTQB or equivalent experience (preferred)\nHubSpot, CRM, CMS, or marketing automation certification (preferred)\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\n3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, software testing, product analysis, or a similar hybrid delivery role.\nFamiliarity with requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, process review, etc.).\nExperience writing clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, test cases, and defect documentation. \nAbility to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and vendor partners.\nStrong problem-solving skills related to complex business scenarios, technical solutions, workflow changes, data quality, and user experience. \nProven experience working with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, including backlog refinement, testing cycles, UAT, and release readiness activities. \nProficiency using Microsoft Office and business applications.\nExperience using data visualization and process mapping tools, such as Microsoft Visio.\nAbility to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts, testing outcomes, risks, and defects to non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field.\nExperience working with HubSpot, CRM platforms, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, or digital marketing technology implementations.\nExperience working with WordPress or migration projects from WordPress to another marketing, CRM, CMS, or digital engagement platform.\nExperience validating integrations, APIs, data mappings, contact records, lead capture flows, campaign attribution, dashboards, user permissions, and reporting outputs.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
