This role develops core commercial insurance knowledge, analytical capabilities, and account servicing skills while contributing to client deliverables and team objectives. Working closely with Client Executives, Senior Brokers, Account Managers, and Senior Risk Analysts, the Risk Analyst serves as an entry point for career growth within the Risk Solutions organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nEssential Duties and Functions:\nAssist in compiling underwriting information and performing initial risk analysis to support coverage placement and loss forecasting.\nPull and organize claims data to support renewal preparation and client discussions.\nReview insurance documentation, including policies, endorsements, and audits, for accuracy and assist in coordinating delivery to clients.\nRespond to routine client and carrier service requests related to documentation, billing, certificates, and claims coordination.\nSupport Client Executives, Senior Brokers, Account Managers, and Senior Risk Analysts throughout the marketing process by preparing applications, submissions, proposals, and service materials.\nAssist with renewal preparation activities, including gathering information, maintaining timelines, and coordinating deliverables.\nParticipate in training and professional development activities to build technical insurance knowledge and maintain licensing requirements.\nAttend carrier meetings and industry functions as requested to develop industry knowledge and professional relationships.\nMaintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\n\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business, or a related field.\n0-2 years of experience in commercial insurance or a related business environment.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively and follow through on assignments.\nExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nWhat You'll Gain\nExposure to commercial insurance risk analysis, underwriting, and account servicing.\nOpportunities to learn from experienced industry professionals.\nA structured environment for professional development and career growth.\nMeaningful involvement in client deliverables and team initiatives.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
