Contribute:\nStrategic Leadership\nDevelop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for enterprise shared-services platforms supporting Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other corporate functions.\n\nPartner closely with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities and long-term organizational objectives.\n\nIdentify opportunities to modernize processes, reduce complexity, improve user experience, and increase operational effectiveness across corporate functions.\n\nServe as a key advisor to the CITO and executive leadership team on shared-services technology strategy, risks, and opportunities.\n\nEnterprise Platform Management\nOwn the overall health, performance, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications supporting shared services.\n\nLead strategy and optimization efforts for Workday, including Human Capital Management, Financials, and related platform capabilities.\n\nOversee a portfolio of enterprise applications, integrations, reporting platforms, workflow solutions, and automation technologies.\n\nEnsure platforms are scalable, secure, compliant, and capable of supporting future business growth.\n\nBuild strong relationships with the Chief People Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and their respective leadership teams.\n\nTranslate business needs years leading large teams responsible for enterprise applications, platforms, and technology services.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing technology solutions supporting Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions.\n\nSignificant experience with Workday, including partnership with HR and Finance organizations.\n\nProven success leading enterprise application portfolios and corporate technology platforms.\n\nExperience building organizations, developing leaders, and attracting top talent.\n\nStrong financial management, budgeting, and vendor management experience.\n\nExceptional communication and executive presentation skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with C-level executives.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, and related modules.\n\nExperience leading large-scale digital transformation or ERP programs.\n\nKnowledge of process automation, workflow platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled business solutions.\n\nExperience within highly acquisitive or rapidly growing organizations.\n\nITIL, PMP, Agile, or related
