This individual will be a critical member of the Technology Finance team, collaborating closely with our Technology leaders to provide critical analysis and insight that helps drive business decisions. The individual in this role is expected to have a high level of Workday financial reporting experience, strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes, reviewing monthly actual spending, developing planning, and reporting models and performing research and analysis. He/she should be inquisitive, driving for a deep understanding of expense drivers, willing to challenge the status quo while providing guidance as a resource for FP&A and Technology leadership.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nProactively review Workday Financial reports, analysis detailed spend, research paid invoices for accuracy and JEs that drive financial results within Technology.\nCalculation, tracking and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual spend growth and projections by vendor and spend type.\nMaintain and enhance cost center tracking framework.\nCompletion and maintenance of financial presentations to Technology Leadership.\nCollaborate with divisional finance analysts regarding Technology actuals and plans.\nDrive and expand Enterprise Technology Solutions reporting and budgeting.\nConsolidate, analyze, report on, and review monthly financial results, including attaining an understanding of the drivers of financial performance.\nImprove financial results by new analysis; monitoring variances; identifying trends and recommending actions to leadership.\nPrepare financial reports, charts, tables, trend analysis and other exhibits as requested.\nResponsible for special projects to improve process efficiency and financial performance as assigned by leadership.\nMaintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and focused analytic review.\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nAdvanced experience with Workday, Excel, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline.\n3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, ability to work independently\nAbility to cleanse, organize and analyze large datasets to find trends or issues..\nOrganized with strong critical thinking skills.\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality.\nPreferred:\nExperience with Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.\nMasters’ degree in a business or finance related discipline (not required).\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
