This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across the full stack, from desktop UI to backend services.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nAnalyze Arrowhead business processes and requirements. \nMake decisions regarding the implementation and creation of software. \nPerform maintenance of existing software, with bug fixes and enhancements. \nDesign, code and maintain software applications using .NET, Entity Framework, Angular, Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, and SQL. \nDesign, build, and maintain WPF desktop applications using the MVVM pattern. \nWrite and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas. \nDevelop and support .NET web applications and REST APIs. \nTroubleshoot basic networking and connectivity issues across environments. \nCollaborate using Git workflows including feature branching, pull requests, and code review. \nContribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments. \nParticipate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing sessions. \nUtilize Agentic development to implement and troubleshoot systems. \nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nHigh level of independent thinking, analysis, and issue resolution skills. Example: A Software Engineer will make decisions regarding the automation of a particular software process.
