projects.\nJob Summary\nCoordinate and lead civil and structural engineering design projects by preparing documentation, managing client and authority relationships, and guiding engineering teams to deliver quality outcomes within budget and schedule.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate and prepare comprehensive design documentation for civil and structural engineering projects to meet technical and regulatory standards\nDevelop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external clients to facilitate project success\nLiaise effectively with local authorities to secure design approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements\nLead, develop, train, and support engineering staff to enhance team capabilities and project delivery\nBudget and allocate time and costs accurately to fulfill technical requirements of project briefs\nAdhere to project quality system requirements as outlined in the Project Quality Plan and promptly report any non-conformances to the Project Lead with recommended corrective actions\nDemonstrate problem-solving skills to achieve project goals and resolve conflicts amid competing priorities\nImplement performance measurement systems to drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery\nPreferred competencies and qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering\nProfessional Engineer (PE) Certificate is desirable\nProficient in design software and knowledgeable in relevant design standards\nExperienced with local engineering practices and technical requirements\nSkills\nTalent Management, Technical Specialists, Leadership, relationships with internal clients, Talent Development, Regulatory Compliance, Engineering Management, Outsourcing, Project Quality, Financial
