At Nicolet National Bank, we believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to investing in their growth and development.\nThe Data Analytics Intern is responsible for processing, analysis, and data visualization across any of the lines of business at Nicolet National Bank. Strong communication skills, ability to work across department lines, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essentials to thrive in this position.\nAs a Data Analytics Intern, you will:\nAssist with execution of in-house processes focused on data management, data visualization, and data analytics.\n\nAssist with implementation and management of dashboard design and scalable data maintenance with focus on new analytics and reporting solutions.\n\nDeliver ad-hoc analytics to business line leaders.\n\nResponsible for breaking down complex datasets and providing detailed analysis in consumable ways to aid discussions with department leaders.\n\nResponsible for data aggregation between multiple datasets with varying data structures aimed at creating efficient data streams for analytics.\n\nAssist in projects providing analysis, requirements, design, testing and implementation.\n\nUphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.\n\nUnderstand and communicate the value of diversity within the workplace and to work successfully with others without regard to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability status, socioeconomic status or other non-job-related classification, including a commitment to Nicolet’s policies on equal employment opportunities and non-discrimination with a willingness to pursue efforts of inclusion and respect toward different perspectives.\nPerforms all other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nStudent currently in school, working towards Data Analytics, or Finance Degree, Junior or Senior preferred.\n\nClassroom or working experience with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI or Alteryx is a plus.\n\nStrong logic-based skills (math, reasoning, analytical, decision-making).\nAbility to formulate & execute basic to complex mathematical formulas to perform analysis that supports decision-making or other action.\nAbility to build proficiency with data technologies such as Tableau, Alteryx, and other bank based systems (Navigator, Director, Viewpoint, ZM Financial, Business Analytics, Salesforce, etc).\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality.\n\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
