SCSAs serve as subject matter experts and mentors to Client Service Associates, and lead project work. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities.\nAs a Senior Client Service Associate, you will:\nClient Relationship Management:\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account inquiries, service requests, account maintenance, and administrative needs.\nMaintain and update client records in Salesforce with a high level of accuracy and completeness.\nSchedule and confirm client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.\nEnter meeting notes and perform account maintenance tasks in Salesforce to support advisor-client engagement.\nAdvisor Support:\nPrepare advanced reports, presentations, and documentation to support client reviews and financial planning.\nCoordinate with internal departments (e.g., compliance, operations, trading) to resolve escalated issues.\nMonitor and track client service activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.\nInterface with custodians to open new accounts, update account information, and perform routine and specialized tasks.\nOperational Support:\nProcess complex account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests with precision.\nAssist with money movements, including wires, ACH transfers, and check requests, ensuring compliance and timeliness.\nEnsure adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements, acting as a compliance resource for the team.\nAdministrative Duties:\nManage advisor(s) calendars and schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.\nHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.\nProcess and submit paperwork, checks, and securities in a timely manner, ensuring completion and accuracy.\nLeadership and Mentorship:\nMentor and train Client Service Associates, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.\nServe as a subject matter expert for project work and operational initiatives.\nGeneral:\nAttend department meetings and stay current on Wealth Management policies, procedures, and products in an evolving regulatory environment.\nMaintain internal client file integrity and ensure documentation standards are met.\nUphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.\nDemonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all workplace interactions.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in a comparable role.\nSuccessful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce).\nEffective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nSelf-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.\nEffectively promote Nicolet as an employer of choice.\nBasic knowledge of banking and financial services positions.\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance\n401(k) with a company match\nPTO & 11 1/2 Paid Holidays\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
