We are a team that has the potential to unlock tremendous value for the organization and you have the unique opportunity to be part of it from the beginning.\nOur Data Business Analysts are responsible for working with business leaders and data consumers to identify reporting and analytical requirements, independently developing business requirement documents as well as technical/functional specifications and can also be called on to develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet these requirements. This role also gives the opportunity to act as a product owner and manage the roadmap for the corporate services data domain\nIf you love wrangling business data to deliver insights, if you love digging into business processes and becoming an expert on the data domains you support and want to work with creative freedom to shape a growing next gen data platform in a fast-paced environment, you will have a blast with us.\nYOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:\nDesign, build, deliver and maintain reporting for different areas in the Logistics Inbound & Outbound business using Power BI, AI and other Dashboard tools\nParticipate in business and executive meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations around reporting / BI solutions\nDevelop deep understanding of the various business processes, data sets within ECC, S4 and other connected applications\nUse knowledge of the specific data tables available and visualization capabilities to understand requirements and provide suggestions to business stakeholders for data quality tools and dashboards\nPrioritize work within the App, Tech and Data team and ensure the tools developed follow a roadmap that will sustain future growth and technological forward tools.\nAssist in the daily support of end-users’ ability to utilize the reporting platform effectively and efficiently and any data load, updates required to sustain the business\nPrioritize features and user stories based on business units and stakeholders’ feedback, business value for any new projects\nCollaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet data quality needs for all new projects.\nTranslates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers, project, and analytics teams.\nCommunicate product updates and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.\n\nYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, engineering or any related field\n3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role\nOpen to travel (1-2 trips per year, approximatively)\nExperience in agile methodology and backlog management is an asset.\nWorking knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology\nExperience building reports in PowerBI, Snowflake, LucidChart, Collibra, Tableau, Dataiku & similar platforms\nWorking experience with SAP ECC, S4 EWM, MM & TMS modules\nProven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, PPT, and Excel\nSelf-motivated and able to work in an open team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement, and innovation mindset. \nCapable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines\nExcellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to connect the dots and tell stories using data \nDetail-oriented person who is passionate about quality and enthusiastic about new technology\n\nACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY\nBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
