The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives \n\nWe are seeking a Senior SAP SD/SCM Analyst with proven expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) within both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. This role requires a professional who not only has deep functional and technical knowledge but can also understand, align, and integrate business processes across multiple business units.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading S/4HANA implementation projects and delivering integrated solutions across a large, complex SAP ecosystem\nYOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:\n\nAct as a lead functional analyst for SAP SD Order to Cash processes engaged in programs, project implementations, small improvements delivery and exceptionally application support.\n\nPartner with business units to understand end-to-end processes and translate them into integrated SAP solutions\n\nLead or contribute to S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across the SAP ecosystem.\n\nProvide guidance to stakeholders on technological orientation \n\nProvide expert-level support for incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement in both ECC and S/4 landscapes.\n\nContribute to SAP governance, best practices, and solution architecture discussions.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to both IT leadership and business stakeholders.\n\nPromote an agile culture of servant leadership, collaboration and accountability\n\nYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:\n\nUniversity degree or equivalent by experience\n\n8+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in SD and (ECC and/or S/4).\n\nExperience in large-scale and international S/4HANA implementation projects, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.\n\nStrong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and sales processes, including integration points with FI/CO, MM, EWM, TM \n\nProven ability to bridge business requirements with SAP system design and configuration\n\nExperience in global/multi-business unit environments with complex, integrated SAP landscapes.\n\nExcellent skills in solution design, problem-solving, and process optimization.\n\nExperience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS)\n\nComfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents\n\nACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY\nBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
