We bridge the gap between raw data engineering and executive decision-making. Our primary responsibility is driving top-line growth by ensuring data reliability, catching revenue leakage, and building the analytics and AI tools that power operational strategy. If you enjoy taking complex, unstructured datasets and turning them into scalable data assets that directly influence business performance, this team is where that happens. \n\nYOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: \nCollaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (commercial team , product owners, projects owner , data architect,data engineer) to align the needs and coordinator the efforts. \nExplore and build proof-of-concepts with advanced analytics approaches to uncover new levers for profitability and efficiency.\nValidate and test data pipelines using SQL in Snowflake to ensure accuracy and trust in our reporting.\nParticipate actively in impactful projects as the trusted data/analytics subject matter expert \n\nCross-analyze multiple data sources to connect the dots and surface insights that drive smarter decisions from supply chain to marketing.\n\nIdentify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data that highlight business risks, leakage, or new growth opportunities.\nTranslate business requirements into reporting solutions and support the design of dashboards in Power BI.\n\nYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: \nMaster's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.\nStrong SQL skills with experience in modern data warehouse technologies (ideally Snowflake).\nAnalytical mindset and intellectual curiosity; you love digging into data and uncovering the story it tells.\nProblem-solving drive ; comfortable tackling complex data puzzles and simplifying them into actionable insights.\nExperience with visualization tools such as Power BI (or willingness to learn).\nStrong communication skills; able to turn data into clear, concise, and impactful messages.\n\nACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY\nBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
