We're looking for driven, curious, and proactive individuals who are eager to grow with us on this exciting journey.\nYOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:\n\nLead and coordinate SAP SD, Vistex, and SCM functional analysts across support, enhancement, and project activities, ensuring effective workload management, prioritization, and delivery execution.\n\nServe as the primary escalation point for complex incidents and critical business issues, providing functional leadership and oversight for issue resolution.\n\nProvide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance for SAP SD, Vistex, gATP, aATP, and related supply chain solutions while maintaining sufficient hands-on involvement in key initiatives.\n\nOwn the functional roadmap for Order-to-Cash and related supply chain processes, aligning business priorities with technology capabilities and SAP best practices.\n\nPartner with business leaders, process owners, and key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, define priorities, and deliver business value through SAP solutions.\n\nLead solution analysis, architecture, design reviews, configuration strategy, testing approach, and deployment planning, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and business objectives.\n\nGovern end-to-end integrations across SAP and non-SAP solutions, including FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM, and external applications.\n\nManage the relationship and performance of AMS stakeholders ensuring service levels and delivery commitments are achieved.\n\nMaintain, and enforce functional design standards, documentation practices, and SAP best practices across the team.\n\nReview and approve functional specifications, solution designs, and major configuration decisions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.\n\nLead resource planning, effort estimation, and delivery coordination for support, enhancement, and project activities.\n\nMentor, coach, and develop team members by promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and continuous improvement.\n\nOwn the transition strategy between project delivery and operational support, ensuring solution readiness, knowledge transfer, support documentation, and governance processes are effectively established.\n\nMonitor application performance, service levels, and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP landscape.\n\nYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:\n\nUniversity degree or equivalent by experience\n\nMinimum 8 years of hands-on SAP SD configuration and solution delivery experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA\n\nProven expertise with SAP Global ATP and Advanced ATP processes and configuration.\n\nStrong functional knowledge of Vistex solution, including Incentive Administration (IA), Agreement Management, Rebates. Transactional Model and Composite Model.\n\nDeep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes, including integration points with FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM\n\nExperience leading or supporting data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities for SAP transformation and enhancement projects.\n\nExperience integrating SAP with external and third-party applications using enterprise integration patterns and technologies.\n\nExperience leading functional teams and coordinating resources across multiple initiatives.\n\nProven ability to mentor and develop SAP analysts and consultants.\n\nComfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical support escalations\n\nStrong project delivery and prioritization skills.\n\nAbility to drive strategic roadmap discussions and align technology investments with business objectives.\n\nExperience facilitating governance, architecture, and design review processes.\n\nExperience managing professional services contracts and contractors.\n\nStrong conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills.\n\nExperience estimating effort, resource requirements, and solution delivery timelines.\n\nAbility to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities\n\nYou’re able to work in English (written and oral)\n\nAvailability:\nAvailability to work on a shift schedule covering a 24/7 operation is essential.
