This role is responsible for monitoring transportation KPIs, analyzing carrier performance, identifying operational trends, and providing actionable insights to improve service, cost, and efficiency across the transportation network.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, and can effectively communicate findings to both operational and leadership teams.\nYOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:\nTransportation Performance ManagementDevelop, monitor, and maintain transportation performance metrics and dashboards.\n\nAnalyze carrier performance against established service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments.\n\nTrack key transportation KPIs\n\nData Analysis & ReportingCollect, validate, and analyze transportation and logistics data from SAP, Snowflake, EDIs, and various internal systems.\n\nGenerate recurring and ad hoc reports for operations, leadership, and business stakeholders.\n\nIdentify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement through advanced data analysis.\n\nProvide data-driven recommendations to improve network performance and reduce transportation costs.\n\nCarrier Performance & Continuous ImprovementSupport carrier scorecard development and quarterly business reviews.\n\nPartner with carriers and internal stakeholders to investigate root causes of service failures.\n\nMonitor transportation network health and proactively identify risks.\n\nSupport transportation optimization and process improvement initiatives.\n\nSystems & Data IntegrityEnsure accuracy and integrity of transportation master data.\n\nSupport integration projects involving transportation systems and EDI transactions.\n\nCollaborate with IT and business teams on transportation reporting enhancements and automation opportunities.\n\nTransportation management (TM ) support such as transit tables, routes and carriers\n\nSupport EDI210 and EDI 214 integration, monitoring and compliance \n\nYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: \nBachelor's degree in computer science, business intelligence, Data Engineering, or related field.\n\nDemonstrated experience as a business analyst, financial analyst or related roles.\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.\n\nExperience using BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\n\nKnowledge of SQL, Snowflake and any other data analysis tools.
