The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, provide excellent leadership, operational management, and strategic planning skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and a commitment to the organization's values.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage daily office operations\nMaintain compliance with policies and procedures \nBe a leader and mentor and accountable for training and development Loan Specialists\nCreate a culture that encourages growth, learning and success\nEvaluate financial statements and drive profitability\nEstablishes performance goals\nProfessionally handle adverse customer situations while maintaining a positive relationship to encourage return business\nApprove, reject or coordinate all loan applications\nAssist Loan Specialists with loan processing and collections calls\nTax preparation (may vary by location)\nPlan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses \nWork closely with team members to achieve branch goals\n\nRequirements:\nLoan industry management experience strongly preferred, or 2-3 years’ prior management experience from similar customer service or collections related industries\nMust have a valid drivers’ license with reliable transportation and valid proof of insurance\nSome local travel may be required for team meetings (up to 5%)\nHours:\nMonday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.\nFridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.\nSaturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (Nov - March 2025).
