We offer an exciting opportunity within an innovative high-tech company operating in an international environment.\nLocation: Thun, Switzerland\nFor more information, please visit www.bruker.com and www.tofwerk.com\nResponsibilities\nDesign and execute experiments to demonstrate product capabilities and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders\nLead customer demonstrations as well as method and application development activities\nBuild and maintain collaborations with international reference customers\nPartner with Sales teams and provide technical expertise throughout the customer engagement process\nPerform instrument installations and deliver customer training at customer sites\nContribute to the creation of technical and application-focused marketing materials\nDevelop test protocols and technical documentation for manuals and production transfer activities\nAct as a technical liaison between Research, Engineering, Software Development, Production, Quality, and Global Service\nAdvise customers on experimental design, applications, and data interpretation\nDeliver technical knowledge through documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives\nSupport system characterization, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations of complex instrument issues\nQualifications\nMaster’s degree in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Physics, or a related field\nPhD preferred\nStrong expertise in mass spectrometry and associated technologies\nExperience in application and method development, sample preparation, and data analysis\nAbility to interpret and present scientific results\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nExperience with technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer\nKnowledge of method validation and statistical analysis\nFluent in English;
