Contract Drafting and Contract Management\nDraft, review, and revise a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, distribution, and service agreements, as well as NDAs and other standard documents.\nEnsure consistency with approved templates, internal policies, and applicable legal requirements.\nLead the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of contract templates in collaboration with regional legal stakeholders.\nManage the contract lifecycle, including tracking execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.\nMaintain structured contract repositories and ensure proper documentation, version control, and audit readiness.\n3. Litigation and Dispute Support\nSupport the handling of litigation, arbitration, and dispute matters in China in coordination with internal legal counsel and external advisors.\nOrganize and manage case files, including documentation, evidence, and correspondence.\nAct as a key coordination point between internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.\nMonitor case progress, deadlines, and deliverables, and support the preparation of internal reporting materials.\n4. External Counsel and Vendor Management\nSupport the engagement and management of external legal counsel and service providers, including coordination of engagement terms and renewals.\nMonitor legal spend, assist with budgeting, and review invoices to ensure alignment with agreed scope and cost expectations.\nMaintain records of external vendors and ensure adherence to internal procurement and governance processes.\n5.
