Bruker offers differentiated, high-value life science and diagnostics systems and solutions in preclinical imaging, proteomics and multiomics, spatial and single-cell biology, structural and condensate biology, as well as in clinical microbiology and molecular diagnostics.\nFor more information, please visit www.bruker.com.\nThe SAP Manager Operations & Logistics (m/f/d) is responsible for leading the global SAP Operations & Logistics function, ensuring change the delivery, support, continuous improvement, and strategic evolution of SAP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse management, quality management, and logistics processes.\nThe role combines leadership, business partnership, SAP solution governance, and project delivery responsibilities to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and related digital technologies across Bruker's global operations.\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage a global team of SAP functional consultants and external partners supporting Operations & Logistics processes through objectives-based management (MbO).\nPartner with global business stakeholders to define and execute the SAP roadmap for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Quality Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.\nDrive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives across Bruker's global manufacturing and logistics organizations.\nProvide functional and solution governance for SAP Operations & Logistics applications, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.\nLead SAP demand management activities including business case development, solution evaluation, prioritization, and project initiation.\nManage SAP application lifecycle activities including support, enhancements, upgrades, testing, release management, and continuous improvement.\nEnsure delivery of SLA- and KPI-driven operational support services while maintaining high system availability and business user satisfaction.\nLead and support global SAP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA programs, cloud adoption, process modernization, and integration projects.\nCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Digital Manufacturing, Data & Analytics, Integration, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable end-to-end business solutions.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs, service performance metrics, project delivery metrics, and operational effectiveness indicators.\nAllocate and manage internal and external resources, budget, project priorities, and vendor relationships to achieve business and IT objectives.\nAct as project sponsor, project manager, or workstream lead for strategic Operations & Logistics initiatives.\nRecruit, develop, coach, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and future-ready SAP organization.\nContribute to IT strategy development, budget planning, innovation initiatives, and technology roadmap planning.\nDrive the adoption of SAP best practices, SAP Fiori, automation, analytics, and emerging SAP technologies to improve operational efficiency and business value.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.\nProven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.\nLeadership experience managing global SAP teams and external partners.\nFluent English required;
