See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nAs an Assembly Tech II, you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nUse a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies\nSet-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job\nMaintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules\nPerform inspection common to the classification at required intervals\nTake appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.\nParticipate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.\nThe hiring rate for this position is $26.74, hourly.\nThis position is eligible to participate in Brunswick's comprehensive and high-quality benefits offerings, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k, Health Savings Account (with company contribution), wellbeing program, product purchase discounts, and much more.
