See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nThe Market Intelligence and Advanced Analytics team is seeking an energetic candidate to support & grow data driven decision making at Mercury Marine at the company headquarters in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This position requires curiosity, attention to detail, imagination, and excellent communication skills. The analyst will primarily support the Mercury Sales team by supporting Tableau dashboards, performing market analysis, developing and reporting on key KPIs, and communicating key insights to our stakeholders.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nWork closely with key business groups (Dealer, OEM, etc.) to discover and deliver key actionable insights\nDevelop, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards for Sales, Product, and Marketing teams\nCreate, validate, and maintain Tableau data sources\nCollaborate with data warehouse team to bring new data sources online in SQL Server\nDevelop innovative approaches to answering complex market questions\nLeverage sales analytics to identify strategic opportunities for growth\nLeverage KPIs for tracking goal progress related to strategic business planning\nPresent crystalized analysis to senior sales leadership & key customers\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, or related field\n3-5 years work experience (includes internships, excluding classwork)\nDirect experience with Tableau development includingTableau online / server\nData source creation\nParameter usage\nLevel of detail calculations\nRow level security\n\nSQL proficiency includingTable joins\nSubqueries\nPartitions / OLAP / window functions\nINSERT / UPDATE / DELETE\n\nExperience leveraging AI for development and/or delivering organizational insights\nExcellent communication & presentation skills\nStrong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMasters degree or higher\nEconomic modeling / econometrics\nFamiliarity with analytical techniques such as:Multiple regression modeling\nDimensionally reduction\nEnsemble modeling\nTime series modeling (ARIMA, exponential smoothing, etc.)\nMachine learning (random forest, SVM, IAAL, etc.)\n\nDirect experience withR / Python\nPower BI\nOBIEE\nAzure Data Factory\nMicrosoft Fabric\nAPI interfaces\n\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $73,600 - $106,200, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus .\nAt Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
