See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nThis CNC Team Lead will be highly skilled within the Harris facility, focusing on training, implementing safety protocols, and troubleshooting. The ideal individual will be willing to participate/complete an in-depth and extensive training process. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation through comprehensive training programs, rigorous safety measures, and effective troubleshooting techniques.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nEnsure that the health and safety of all employees remain the number one goal\nMust be able to work well in a team environment.\nMust know all technical aspects of their respective area(s).\nProvide training and support to production employees to ensure the highest level of productivity and quality\nResponsible for planning and updating the cross training matrix and other routine reports/metrics\nProvide feedback to employees for safety, quality, and technical experience\nDrive accountability to the desired metrics in their respective area(s)\nIdentify root cause of technical issues arising from the production line and work with team to implement solutions\nContribute ideas of continuous improvement and collaborate with Process Techs and Value Stream Leads/Supervisors for implementation.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\n1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required. 3-5 years in a technical role preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills required. Must be a good listener with ability to guide (coach) others.\nStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations required. OSHA certification preferred.\nMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nMust have a willingness to initiate and lead change.\nMust be results driven.\nMust have basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing\nAbility to manage multiple products/projects/areas in a fast paced environment\nAbility to use (willingness to learn) computers in a Windows based environment with MS Office\nSelf-starter and detail oriented preferred\nWorking Conditions\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently standing and lifting heavy objects weighing 50 to 100 pounds. The employee is constantly walking, pushing/pulling, reaching, and climbing stairs. The employee is occasionally squatting, kneeling, and using fine hand movements such as tightening screws, bolts, and securing pins. Specific vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Environmental demands include working both indoors and outdoors and is seasonally exposed to extreme temperatures.\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $21.50-$24.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.\nAt Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
