See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nAs an Industrial Maintenance Electrician (3rd Shift), you will provide intermediate-levelexpertisein installing, programming, troubleshooting, servicing, and documenting the electrical and controls systems that support process and production equipment in a heavy manufacturing environment. This role is critical tomaintainingoperational uptime and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently. You will work with a variety of complex electrical systems, including PLCs, robotics, and automated equipment, while supporting continuous improvement and team-based maintenance efforts.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nDiagnose, troubleshoot,maintain, and repair manufacturing process and production machines, including robots and automation equipment\n\nWork with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V AC, including control circuits, instrumentation devices, PLCs/ladder logic controllers, and variable frequency drives\n\nWork from and read electrical and electronic schematic drawings\n\nLayout, install, andmaintaina wide variety of complex electrical equipment\n\nEstablish secondary distribution centers, balance loads, and wire circuits havinga large number ofunits and connections\n\nCompletely lay out and/or wire a relocated, new, or rebuilt machine\n\nDiagnose, remove, replace, and periodicallymaintainelectrical motors\n\nUtilize knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs,DeviceNet, RFID systems, robots, and Mazak CNC machinery\n\nAbility to work and positively contributeina team environment\n\nTrain, instruct, guide, and support apprentices in the development of skills and abilities\n\nPerform all work according to company safety policies, recognized industry standards, and safe work practicesat all times\n\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\nValid state-registered Journeyman Electrician card or a minimum of 8 years documented experience in the electrical trade in a manufacturing environment\n\nMust have a high school diploma or equivalent\n\nWorking knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs,DeviceNet, RFID systems, robots, and Mazak CNC machinery\n\nAbility to use the equipment common to the electrician trade\n\nAbility to work with limited or no supervision\n\nAbility to train, instruct, guide, and supervise apprentices\n\nStrong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement\n\nAbility to work 3rd shift asrequired\n\nThis position offers a pay rate of $43.77 per hour.
