See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nAs an Electromechanical Technician on Mercury Marine's Engine Test Services team, you will be responsible for instrumentation application, repairs, and calibrations, as well a variety of AC & low voltage DC electrical repairs and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative and has a strong understanding of instrumentation and application, along with AC & DC electrical aptitude.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nProvide instrumentation selection based on various applications\nInstrumentation troubleshooting and repairs\nPerform calibrations and maintains the instrumentation calibration records for ISO and other regulatory requirements\nUtilize various software systems to perform instrumentation calibrations\nMange instrumentation asset management system\nComplete minor electrical installs and repairs as well as control panel wiring, and layout \nCreate and manage work orders using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)\nAssist in developing and documenting preventive maintenance and calibration procedures\nEnsure all work complies with Mercury Marine’s Safety & Regulatory standards\nMaintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions and service delivery\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\n2 year technical school in a technical/electrical field OR equivalent experience\nBasic knowledge and understanding of AC/DC circuits and wiring\nAbility to read technical literature, follow oral instructions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers\nFamiliarity with entering accurate repair records into CMMS\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience with instrumentation application and calibration\nState electrical licensed\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $54,300 - $85,700 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus program. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
