Maintain safe & clean work areas, keep production records using paper/computers and demonstrate corporate values of Teamwork, Respect, Determination and Passion.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nFollow written and verbal instructions\nAbility to rotate through a wide variety of cells and demonstrate proficiency\nWill occasionally be required to fill in as Operator in CNC and Weld\nUse a variety of hand tools, fixtures and test equipment\nVisually inspect production run and document results.\nDetermine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.\nMaintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.\nParticipation in departmental improvement projects\nOther duties as assigned\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n1-3 year of general work experience.\nPrior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.\nMechanical ability\nAbility to operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.\nPrefer experience in environments with ISO, Quality Management Systems, Lean. Six Sigma and 5S\nWorking Conditions:\nStanding up to 8 hours per day\nConstantly walking from cell to cell\nOccasionally lifting not up to 50 lbs\nManufacturing environment\n2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 2pm - 12:30am.\nThe position will require physical strength, agility, dexterity and standing for extended periods\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $20.47, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.\nAt Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
