Working closely with Finance, FP&A, the Commercial Hub and other business teams, the function develops and maintains reporting systems and BI dashboards, helping stakeholders better understand financial performance, revenue and recovery data.\nThe successful candidate will work within the BI development team, reporting to the BI Technical Support Analyst. The role involves providing technical support, investigating and resolving reporting issues, and assisting with the development and improvement of dashboards to enhance self-service reporting across the firm.\nAlongside gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure SQL Server and Power BI, the successful candidate will complete a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.\nWe are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, a keen interest in data and technology, and a willingness to learn. Previous Business Intelligence experience is not required, as training and mentoring will be provided. Applicants must meet the apprenticeship eligibility requirements.\nAbout the Role \nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:\nPerform daily integrity checks\nInvestigating issues raised by end-users and resolve them or escalating them to the development team\nProvide immediate solutions to system issues and liaise with other support teams to ensure prompt resolution\nManage small scale changes through to completion\nPerform quality assurance tests and assisting with new release processes\nAutomate and enhance workflows\nManage and administer reporting security\nCollaborate with people across the firm to enable them to self-serve Business Intelligence through Power BI\nWork with developers to support the technical implementation and roll-out of new reporting dashboards on Power BI\nAs skills and knowledge are gained, personally take on development work, through SQL and Power BI within the team.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt Brunswick, we seek smart and curious individuals dedicated to learning and growth.
