See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nAs part of the talented Navico Group Distribution team in Menomonee Falls, you will be responsible for various functions within the Inventory Control department in conjunction with Warehouse Associate I functions. The Inventory Control department is responsible for monitoring inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory location assessments; and performing inventory audits in accordance with Brunswick policy. Attention to detail is key to this role.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nKeeping track of inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and resolving discrepancies.\nHandling incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying and recording inventory.\nUpdating databases and maintaining records of all transactions\nEnsuring that stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed\nEnsuring accuracy in inventory records and transactions.\nEffectively communicating with team members and other departments.\nIdentifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBasic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Outlook\nBasic knowledge of order flow through a warehouse\nAble to interact within a collaborative environment.\nEffective communication and teamwork across departments\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of Oracle WMS\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills\nCritical thinker\nHigh school equivalent education\nWorking Conditions:\nModerate physical demand: often lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs./11-27 kgs).\nAbility to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-10 hours)\nAbility to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-10 hours).\nJob rotation may be required, where applicable\nAble to work in a non-AC environment\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00, hourly.
