In this role you will independently manage a range of materials test requests, from product and supplier component validation to failure analysis. This is a laboratory position involving approximately 75% materials testing set-up and execution and 25% report writing and meetings. You will connect laboratory findings with manufacturing history and service conditions to develop practical engineering recommendations, while building proficiency in advanced characterization
