See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nAs a Paint Technician I, you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nPerform operations to prepare parts for painting such as sorting, sanding, masking, and hanging.\nSort parts subsequent to paint and perform salvage-type operations such as sanding and finesse.\nPerform inspection common to the classification at required intervals.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and 5S standards. \nQuality and quantity of products with the completion of all tasks.\nResponsible for equipment, including tools and the product.\nAdhere to company policies and procedures.\nThe hiring rate for this position is $26.26, hourly.\nThis position is eligible to participate in Brunswick's comprehensive and high-quality benefits offerings, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k, Health Savings Account (with company contribution), wellbeing program, product purchase discounts, and much more.
