See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nAs part of the talented Precision Assembly team, you will rotate to different stations as needed, use various types of assembly and inline testing equipment, maintain a safe and clean work area, keep production records using paper / computers and demonstrate corporate values of Teamwork, Respect, Determination and Passion.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nSet up machinery ensuring all production materials are available\nOperate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed\nPhysical movement of parts up to 50 lbs and use of lift assist for parts over 50 lbs\nUse of torque guns and other calibrated equipment\nInteraction with PLCs to ensure products are built correctly\nPerform quality checks on materials and document findings\nRun with a high level of quality\nDetermine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties\nMaintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area\nEnsure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures\nParticipation in departmental improvement projects\nAbility to train others\nOther duties as assigned\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nMust be able to lift 50lbs\n1-3 year of manufacturing or precision assembly experience.\nPrefer formal building/technical/mechanical education\nAbility to operate technical and precision manufacturing equipment.\nThe position will require physical strength, agility, dexterity, and standing for extended periods\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrefer experience in environments with ISO, Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma and 5s\nWorking Conditions:\n· Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, vibration, and varying temperatures.\n· Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift.\n· Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive hand movements.\n· Ability to safely operate production equipment and work around moving machinery.\nMust be able to lift 50lbs\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $21.80, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.\nAt Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
