Brunswick believes “Next Never Rests™,” and we offer a variety of exciting careers and growth opportunities within united teams defining the future of marine recreation.\nAre You Ready for What's Next?\nBrunswick Corporation is the global leader in recreational marine products, services and technology.\nDriven by our belief that Next Never Rests®, we continuously challenge conventions, innovate and create exceptional experiences on the water and beyond.\nAt Brunswick Marine in Portugal, you'll have the opportunity to lead complex product development programs, collaborate with global teams and contribute directly to the future of marine innovation through the launch of industry-leading recreational products.\nMake an Impact\nAs a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of new products through Brunswick's High Performance Product Development (HPPD) process.\nYou will lead cross-functional teams throughout the full product development lifecycle, ensuring programs achieve quality, functionality, timing and profitability objectives while maintaining brand identity and delivering value to customers.\nSuccess in this role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, business acumen and the ability to influence and align resources across multiple functions.\nYour Contribution\nIn this role, you will:\nLead and coordinate all HPPD activities throughout the product development lifecycle.\nLead cross-functional project teams to ensure product strategy, development and execution remain aligned with customer and business needs.\nDrive key time, cost and scope decisions throughout all phases of product development.\nEnsure successful execution of programs from feasibility through launch, including project definition, resource allocation, development, validation and implementation.\nDevelop, maintain and manage program schedules, milestones and budgets.\nPrepare, facilitate and lead gate review meetings throughout the HPPD process.\nAct as the primary interface between Design, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders.\nEnsure effective implementation of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.\nCollaborate with sourcing teams, suppliers and contractors to support program execution.\nEnsure component availability and part readiness at key program milestones.\nSupport senior leadership decision-making through program reporting, risk assessments and portfolio recommendations.\nPartner with Engineering and Category teams to maintain and optimize portfolio roadmaps and product cycle plans.\nDevelop and execute recovery plans when programs encounter engineering, tooling, resource or timing challenges.\nMonitor program risks and drive mitigation actions to maintain program objectives.\nCommunicate program progress, key metrics and dashboards to leadership teams on a regular basis.\nLead program budget planning activities and monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved cost objectives.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior members of the product development organization.\nCollaborate closely with teams across Brunswick Boat Group businesses to drive alignment, standardization and best-practice sharing throughout product development activities.\nWhat You'll Bring\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree required.
