See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nThe Quality Systems Administrator / Data Analyst is responsible for the administration of Brunswick’s Quality Systems (QC2 and EQMS), plant-level data analytics, and coordination of the internal audit program. This role supports Sea Ray Tellico operations by ensuring data accuracy, audit compliance, and effective reporting of DPU, warranty, and plant performance metrics. The position also serves as the point of contact for the Sea Ray Tellico site to drive quality system improvements and reporting enhancements.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nQC2 system administrator: Create new model setups, Improve existing inspections/check sheets, and Test new features prior to release to production\nEQMS administrator: Test system updates, Implement new modules, and Provide user support\nControl and maintain official quality documents, procedures, and forms\nMaintain calibration database for plant assets\nCoordinate internal audit program, including planning and scheduling\nTrack audit findings and ensure corrective action closure\nPartner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions\nMaintain audit records within EQMS\nAnalyze DPU and warranty data for trends and opportunities\nDevelop reports using Business Objects, Power BI, Excel\nGenerate weekly and monthly reports (High Dollar, DPU, PDI90)\nUpdate site level metric tracking\nCommunicate performance using dashboards and summaries\nProvide regular quality and warranty feedback to operations\nMaintain shared files and reporting databases\nOrder and manage QA supplies\nIdentify and recommend system/process improvements\nSupport additional Quality initiatives\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required.\nMinimum of 3 years in a manufacturing facility required with environmental, health and safety experience preferred.\nStrong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite required with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong administrative experience required with ability to work in an office setting processing paperwork and utilizing multiple tracking systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong communication skills, including written, oral, organizational, listening and presentation/facilitation to both small and large groups.\nExperience in data reporting and analysis.\nEffective leadership and management skills to motivate employees build relationships and drive initiatives throughout the facility.\nHighly collaborative, prefers team environment.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities\nAbility to work as an effective team player.\nAbility to work with confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.\nMust be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business. Willingness to accept growth opportunities in support of career advancement and development\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with QCIS/QC2, EQMS, Compass, or Salesforce\nAudit program coordination experience\nKnowledge of DPU, warranty systems, and manufacturing quality processes\nExperience with Business Objects or Power BI\nWorking Conditions:\nMust always possess the desire and ambition to work safely and report all hazards to their supervisor immediately.\nMust understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies.\nMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.\nMust be able to physically handle the requirements of the job, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, standing, etc., with or without reasonable accommodation.\nThe pay range for this position is $23.07 to $25.75, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
