See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview: We are seeking an Safety & Operations Coordinator to support operations at our Kent site. This position plays a vital role in\nensuring operational flow by bridging warehouse compliance, safety, and administrative functions. The Administrative Lead provides support across\nmultiple departments, helping ensure that essential daily processes are completed, tracked, and communicated effectively.\nWhile not a formal supervisory role, the Safety & Operations Coordinator is expected to operate with high ownership and cross-functional visibility, assisting\nboth frontline teams and leadership in maintaining site standards and meeting operational needs.\nAt Brunswick, we have a passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions\nPartner with site leadership to support a safe work environment by implementing Brunswick’s Safety Management System (SMS) and ensuring quarterly reviews are completed.\nMonitor training completion and regulatory compliance while assisting in continuous improvement efforts and tracking key operational and safety metrics.\nCoach employees and guide both frontline staff and leadership on workplace safety, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention.\nParticipate in incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and manage incident reporting and corrective follow-up in collaboration with leadership.\nCoordinate safety training for all employees, including onboarding of new hires, scheduling of required programs, and supporting the certification process for new PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) operators.\nAssist with facility compliance by conducting inspections, tracking safety metrics, maintaining documentation, and supporting adherence to federal and state health and safety regulations.\nMaintain and organize site-level safety and training documentation to support audits, inspections, and leadership reporting.\nLead or facilitate Safety Committee initiatives and assist in tracking progress toward safety and compliance goals.\nHandle administrative tasks for branch leadership and business partners while providing cross -functional support as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.\nOther Warehouse Functions as assigned.\nLearn and be familiar with each the roles in the warehouse and be able provide support to operations when required.\nRequired Qualifications\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and strong accountability\nStrong communication and coordination skills across varied teams and job functions\nAttention to detail and a comfort level with tracking documentation or operational data\nGeneral understanding of warehouse workflows, compliance needs, and safety practices\nExperience in logistics, warehousing, or administrative support preferred\nDOT compliance and/or Hazmat experience a plus\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required Working Conditions This position may require standing, walking, bending, stooping, balancing and lifting up to 50 pounds. The warehouse environment can vary seasonally and includes exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment. In some cases, limited driving or equipment operation may be required based on site needs.\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $25.00. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.\nAt Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
