As a Sustaining Engineer, you will support the engineering, integration and continuous improvement of existing fiberglass, mechanical, electrical, laminate and structural systems across Venture Boat Group products. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing and Customer Service teams, you will contribute to product enhancements, engineering changes, issue resolution and cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring product performance, quality, reliability and compliance requirements are achieved. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys technical problem-solving, continuous improvement and working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
