See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:\nPosition Overview:\nThis position is responsible for a variety of warehousing and distribution center activities ranging from receiving to shipping operations. Responsibilities may include inventory control, expediting, order preparation and documentation for order processing. Must perform well in a team environment and possess a strong bias toward customer service.\nAt Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.\nEssential Functions:\nShips and receives all parts and packages from vendors/production points that are delivered to receiving dock by various carriers \nEnters, views and verifies data using various Warehouse Management Systems via handheld devices\nLocates, picks, packs and moves materials using material handling equipment and maintains equipment as needed i.e. walkies, hand trucks etc.\nPerforms order processing and expedites parts when required\nLoads and unloads trucks if/when assigned\nPerforms other warehouse duties as assigned\nAll other duties as assigned\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be able to work from pick lists and/or work orders\nMust follow procedures and follow directions exactly\nExcellent communication skills\nMust be able to read and understand bill of materials\nMust have extreme accuracy and focus\nClear communication is extremely important\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment\nAbility to use computers, communicate effectively and operate in a high-volume high output environment preferred\nFluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility\nWorking Conditions:\nModerate physical demand: often lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs./27 kgs). \nAbility to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-10 hours) \nAbility to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-10 hours). \nJob rotation may be required, where applicable \nAble to work in a non-AC environment\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $19.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.\nAt Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
