Also responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and adhering to established standards for production and quality.\nEssential Functions:\nReceiving product through a Manhattan Warehouse Management System.\nPicking and packaging of parts and accessories for shipping.\nUnderstand how to read process sheets, manufacturing instruction sheets, or other job-related documentation.\nMaintains a clean and safe working environment by complying with the JSAs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and plant safety rules. Also responsible for reporting quality and safety issues to management.\nDaily and regular attendance is required.\nWorks overtime as required.\nHas the physical ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform these tasks, as specified in the Physical Requirements section of this Job Description.\nBe available to work on all shifts.\nMarginal Duties:\nRecord production and material levels as needed.\nEnsure proper levels of materials are available for production.\nManage hazardous waste activities including, but not limited to, container management, container transfer and container inspections when applicable.\nContributes to team effort by assisting where needed to ensure continuity of operations.\nAssists with employee training as needed.\nCommunicates any issues or maintenance needs or irregularities with relieving employee to ensure and maintain efficient operations at shift change.\nAttends required meetings.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS:\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to lift and/or carry 25 -50 pounds occasionally, stand for 8 hours/day and occasionally twist, bend, climb, grasp and other repetitive movements.\nMust be able to work in all plant environments within warehouse and distribution.\nKnowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:\nMust be 18+ years old\nHS Diploma or GED\nMust have the ability to read process sheets\nMust have the ability to read bills of material\nMust have the ability to read and follow standardized work instructions\nBasic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing\nMust be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal with supervision and work associates in the completion of job responsibilities\nNext is Now!\nWe value growth and development, recognizing that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job.
