This position is best suited to someone who prefers a fast-paced, team environment and possesses the ability to establish relationships over the phone.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProductivity: Call, contact and connect prospective students to one of the Bryant & Stratton College admissions offices via warm phone transfer.\nConversion: Meet or exceed established phone and conversion goals for each session/semester, including Close %.\nDocumentation: Capture and record lead/marketing data across multiple systems both timely and accurately.\nPersuasion: Deliver prepared scripting to potential students, using persuasion and relationship building skills to encourage persistence through the enrollment process.\nTime Management: Provide students and inbound callers with a world-class student experience by effectively managing time.\nOther duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.\nKey Competencies and Skills:\nTelephone skills\nVerbal and written communication skills\nListening skills\nProblem analysis and problem solving\nCustomer service orientation\nOrganizational skills\nGoal oriented\nAttention to detail\nJudgment\nAdaptability\nTeamwork\nStress tolerance\nResilience\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious customer service or sales experience\nInternet savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office product, including Outlook\nHigh degree of phone etiquette, problem solving, and ability to build rapport\nSchedule: Mon-Fri. Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays; Secondary holidays may be a scheduled work day.\nReports To: Contact Center Leader\nSalary:\n$39,000 per year ($18.75 per hour).\nThis position is eligible for overtime.\nPlease note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position.
