In addition to receptionist duties, this position provides administrative support to the Admissions department.\nPrincipal Job Functions:\nAnswering a multi-line phone system\nPolite and Professional Customer Service\nData entry and other Admissions functions\nFaxing, filing and basic office duties\nSpecial projects as assigned.\nQualifications:\nThe ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position. Evening and weekend hours are required.\nKnowledge and Experience\nAssociates Degree preferred\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office\nPrevious receptionist experience a plus\nSALARY:\n$35,360.00 ($17/hr)\nThis position is eligible for overtime.\nPlease note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position.
