May include evenings, Saturdays, and or Sundays.\nThis role is performed onsite; a hybrid schedule may become available based on job tenure and performance.\nThe MS Dynamics CRM Administrator is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform; aligned with the Colleges enrollment strategy and goals. The MS Dynamics CRM Administrator will also be the central point of contact; working with IT management, and the Colleges process owners to develop and document requirements and provide support to the College community.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitoring and management of the CRM system configuration\nWork with process owners to develop new capabilities and refine existing processes.\nSupport, create and enhance Microsoft Dynamics workflows and customizations\nDevelop operational and management reporting and dashboards\nDevelop new forms and modify existing forms\nPlan and conduct testing and system upgrades\nWork with the IT team to facilitate integration with other systems\nCollaborate with other IT members to manage the Azure environment\nCreate and configure MS Dynamics user accounts, security roles, entities, field level security & business units.\nConduct Quality Assurance and Acceptance Testing\nProvide End User support through the helpdesk\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent\n3+ years administrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.\nHigher Education industry experience a plus.\nRelational database management including queries, reporting, and administration desired.\nProficient in all Microsoft Office applications.\nPrevious experience with other software applications such as database and reporting programs preferred.\nHTML and web development experience preferred\nAbility to build relationships at all levels within the College\nDesired Traits:\nCritical thinking and problem solving skills\nPlanning and organizing\nCommunication skills\nTeam work\nBackground Check or Licensing Requirements:\nThis position requires a background check.\nSALARY:\n$78,000 - $85,000per year.\nPlease note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
