With a proven track record of winning sought-after contracts, scaling high-performance teams, and executing on critical government missions, BryceTech presents a compelling opportunity for strategic partnerships in the GovCon space.

BryceTech is seeking an Experimentation Analyst to lead a team responsible for planning and executing Department of Defense (DoD) experimentation activities that evaluate, integrate, and mature innovative software-based technologies supporting Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) missions. In this role, you will collaborate with government and industry partners to ensure emerging capabilities are not only technically sound but also supported by the doctrine, training, organizational structures, and workforce skill sets required for successful operational adoption. This is a unique opportunity to bridge cutting-edge technology with real-world military operations while helping shape the future of DoD capability development.

This position is based in Alexandria, VA and offers a hybrid work schedule, combining on-site collaboration with remote work. Travel is anticipated to be approximately 10% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the leadership and management of the experimentation team and its core capabilities
  • Partner with government stakeholders to develop and execute an annual experimentation strategy ("Campaign of Learning") that guides program activities
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and synchronize technology experimentation events from concept through completion
  • Collaborate with government and subcontractor technical leads to ensure seamless planning, integration, and execution of experimentation activities
  • Develop, maintain, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support consistent execution of experimentation events and processes
  • Serve as the primary CSC2 representative during experimentation events, delivering system demonstrations and briefings to senior government officials and VIPs
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the program's Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) sandbox environment and the operational capabilities used during experimentation events
  • Provide regular status updates to the CSC2 team and government stakeholders throughout event execution
  • Apply operational and tactical expertise to support event planning, execution, and capability assessments
  • Train team members on SOPs, experimentation tools and harnesses, and system capabilities while promoting cross-training to support multiple concurrent events
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the program's technology capabilities and LVC sandbox environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for experimentation event logistics and coordination
  • Operate and monitor the LVC sandbox environment, capture system performance metrics, collect operator feedback, and document observations throughout experimentation events
  • Prepare and deliver post-event reports, situation reports (SITREPs), lessons learned, and value assessments to support future capability development

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance (or higher)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting the operational use of software and hardware technologies within the DoD during military exercises, deployments, or other operational environments
  • Working knowledge of military operational tactics, procedures, and command structures
  • 3-5 years of military exercise and/or deployment experience
  • Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational events and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Joint military experience or exposure to multi-Service operations
  • Experience with technology demonstrations, experimentation, operational assessments, capability development, technology transition, or test and evaluation activities
  • Experience supporting Joint or Service Staffs in the areas of doctrine, organization, training, leadership, personnel, facilities, or policy (DOTMLPF-P)
  • Experience supporting Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments or military experimentation events
