The Senior Acquisition Program Analyst will support the Government’s “Engine Room” and Strategy Cell by analyzing acquisition and program information, coordinating actions across stakeholders, supporting program execution, and developing decision-quality products for Government leadership. The position will work across functional and organizational boundaries to help identify issues, assess impacts, track actions, and support timely execution of acquisition priorities.\nResponsibilities\nProvide acquisition management and program analysis support for complex DoD space programs\nSupport the Government’s Engine Room and Strategy Cell in coordinating acquisition activities, priorities, taskers, and program actions\nAnalyze acquisition, programmatic, financial, schedule, performance, and requirements information to identify trends, issues, risks, and potential impacts\nResearch and synthesize large amounts of information into concise summaries, briefings, reports, and other decision-support products\nTrack and coordinate workflow taskers, suspense dates, action items, and deliverables across Government organizations and mission partners\nSupport acquisition planning, program execution, requirements development, and cross-functional coordination\nCoordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, and mission partners to obtain information, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with program objectives\nPrepare and review acquisition documentation, correspondence, briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and executive-level decision materials\nSupport the development of recommendations and courses of action by evaluating program information, identifying potential solutions, and assessing associated impacts\nAssist with monitoring program cost, schedule, performance, funding, contracting, and requirements activities\nSupport senior Government leadership with timely analysis, status updates, and decision-quality information\nUtilize Government acquisition, cost, requirements, reporting, and task-management systems to support program activities\nPerform other acquisition management and program analysis duties as required to support the mission\n Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)\nBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in management, business, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, science, technology, engineering, statistics, or a related field\n20+ years of relevant experience supporting acquisition, program management, business management, or operations activities, preferably within the DoD or space domain\nPMT 4010 Certificate (or predecessor course), demonstrating qualification to support DoD ACAT I and II acquisition programs\nKnowledge of DoD acquisition processes and the mission-critical aspects of space launch, ground, and sustainment programs\nExperience analyzing and synthesizing complex program or acquisition information and communicating findings to Government stakeholders\nExperience coordinating taskers, action items, deliverables, and suspense requirements across multiple organizations\nExperience developing briefings, reports, spreadsheets, executive summaries, and other acquisition or program management products\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint\nFamiliarity with DoD acquisition, cost, requirements, and reporting systems and processes\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively using appropriate DoD and Space Force acquisition terminology\nStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to identify issues, assess impacts,
