The Training Manager will manage and support training programs designed to develop workforce capabilities, improve organizational performance, and ensure personnel are prepared to execute mission requirements. The position will assess training needs, develop and coordinate training plans and materials, manage training schedules and resources, and evaluate training effectiveness. The Training Manager will work closely with Government leadership, subject matter experts, program offices, and mission partners to ensure training initiatives align with organizational priorities and operational requirements.\nResponsibilities\nManage the planning, development, coordination, and execution of training programs supporting Government and mission requirements\nConduct training needs assessments and identify capability, knowledge, and performance gaps\nDevelop and maintain training plans, curricula, lesson materials, instructor guides, job aids, and other training products\nCoordinate with subject matter experts and Government stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with mission requirements\nDevelop and maintain training schedules, calendars, delivery plans, and supporting documentation\nCoordinate instructors, facilities, technology, materials, and other resources required to execute training activities\nSupport the development and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and blended training programs\nDevelop training communications, announcements, guidance, and other materials to support participation and program awareness\nMonitor training participation, completion, and performance metrics and develop reports and dashboards to communicate program status\nEvaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, performance data, and other appropriate measures\nIdentify opportunities to improve training content, delivery methods, processes, and overall program effectiveness\nMaintain accurate training records, rosters, course materials, and program documentation\nCoordinate with Government organizations, contractors, and mission partners to identify training requirements and resolve scheduling or execution issues\nPrepare briefings, reports, presentations, and other products for senior Government leadership\nEnsure training materials and activities comply with applicable Government policies, security requirements, and organizational standards\nHandle sensitive and classified information in accordance with applicable security procedures\nUse Microsoft Office Suite and other Government-approved tools to develop, manage, and report on training activities\nPerform other training management and program support duties as required to support the mission\n Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; master’s degree desired\nMinimum 15 years of experience in human resources, information technology/telecommunications, cybersecurity, training and development, or related areas, with experience supporting organizations in a SCIF environment; NRO, NSA, and/or NGA experience acceptable\nExperience planning, directing, coordinating, and executing training and development activities for personnel within a unit or organization\nDemonstrated ability to lead, manage, and execute multiple internal projects, including responding to workflow taskers and summarizing large volumes of programmatic and acquisition-related information\nDemonstrated ability to receive, process, track, coordinate, organize, and securely maintain large volumes of program-critical information\nExperience coordinating and organizing geographically dispersed personnel and teams to support mission requirements\nExperience developing and managing training plans, curricula, lesson materials, instructor guides, job aids, schedules, and other training resources\nAbility to assess training needs, identify knowledge and performance gaps, and translate organizational requirements into effective training solutions\nExperience coordinating instructors, subject matter experts, Government stakeholders, and other mission partners to plan and execute training activities\nExperience managing training schedules, resources, rosters, records, course materials, and completion documentation\nExperience evaluating training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, performance data, and other measures and using results to improve training programs\nKnowledge of Air Force records management requirements and practices;
