At Capi Electronics, you’ll be part of an international retail environment where travelers from every corner of the world pass through. Based at Munich Airport, you help customers discover the right tech for their trip, from headphones and chargers to travel gadgets and premium electronics.
Your role as Airport Sales Associate
In this position, you are the face of our store. You greet travelers, listen to what they’re looking for and guide them to the product that fits their needs. You enjoy giving clear, friendly advice and making sure every customer leaves with confidence and a good feeling.
Beyond helping customers, you take responsibility for the overall presentation of the store. You make sure products are displayed neatly, shelves are stocked and the environment feels clean, organized and ready for the next traveler. Every detail matters in airport retail, and your work ensures that customers immediately feel welcome and can easily find what they are looking for.
What you receive
- A gross monthly salary of €2,600 based on a full-time 37.5-hour workweek, plus performance-based premiums;
- Part-time or full-time contract options;
- 100% extra pay for Sunday shifts and public holidays;
- Holiday pay and a Christmas bonus (each equal to half a month’s salary);
- 26 vacation days per year with a full-time contract;
- Monthly travel allowance of €63 gross;
- Training opportunities, including German or English language courses and sales development;

Who you are
- Comfortable working shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays;
- Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus;
- Someone who enjoys helping customers, working in an international setting and achieving strong sales results.
